March 24, 2002 update

Here is a report from Julia, the coordinator:

" I just got off the phone with Ruth, she is doing fine, she had the court hearing on Friday, and if everything will be fine, she will complete the paperwork at the region [I believe she means Donetsk] by Tuesday. Ruth dictated me a letter while we were on the phone, that way you could post it to everyone. She unfortunately doesn't have internet access [at present], so here is her letter."

Hello everybody,
I am doing great, and I am sorry I haven't sent any news since last Sunday. The first update is that now I am legally the mother of two boys and they are both named Alexander. The oldest Alexander is 9 years old and I have given him a new name of Nickolas, and he loves music and he is very tender and he has a great smile. The youngest boy is the Alexander I met before, and he is 7 years old, he got the top marks in reading, math, and writing, so he is very smart. They are both really excited to come to America and they really enjoy the photos of their new school. I will try to send more information as soon as I can.
